Without wanting to bore you with detail, we couldn't do this without an excellent Operations Support Team who create the bridge between clients, managers, employees and resources. Operations Support make sure everything runs smoothly without any break in service quality whether that's manpower, materials or mobility. This is also the team responsible for measuring, auditing and reporting on quality standards. As a Casna client you will speak to some of them quite a lot whilst others work invisibly behind the scenes. Either way, they have a common purpose which is to redefine the gold standard for cleaning.
