How We Do It
We work in venues that are almost always high traffic, frequently high-profile and often highly prestigious. The one thing our clients have in common is that they really care about their customer experience, so the venue has to be spit spot.
We mainly service hotels (front and back of house cleaning and housekeeping), sports stadia and events venues, large leisure facilities and workplace buildings. As well as this, other organisations like universities or museums often ask Casna to undertake deep cleaning when they need to bring their premises up to scratch.
Our operatives are fully trained in all indoor and outdoor cleaning techniques, including highly specialised and delicate maintenance and restoration work.
Our practiced mobilisation programme means that we can be fully installed and running your complete cleaning operation within 14 days of appointment. In fact, we have a fully trained shadow team on standby from the day you sign the contract so there is absolutely zero risk of losing service continuity.
